Constant speed actuators are designed to convert the electrical signal of the control device into a moving workpiece.
The executive mechanisms allow for the following:
- — Automatic, remote or manual control of the working body;
- — Automatic or remote stopping of the working element in any intermediate position;
- — Positioning of the working element in any intermediate position;
- — Formation of an information signal about the final and intermediate positions of the working body.
The actuators are manufactured with a position signaling unit, which consists of two units:
- — Block of microswitches;
- — Feedback sensor;
Types of position signaling units:
- — BSPI — inductive position signaling unit — converts the movement of the output body into a change in the inductive resistance.
- — BSPR — signaling unit rheostatic — converts the movement of the output body into a change in the active resistance;
- — BSPT — current position signaling unit — converts the movement of the output body into a unified current signal 0 — 5 mA, 0 — 20 mA or 4 — 20 mA.
- — Electric power supply for power supply units for BSPT single-phase voltage 220 V, 230 V, 240 V with frequency 50 Hz, 220 V with a frequency of 60 Hz.
- — BKV — block of limit switches.
